It's very close to Avignon, that we create hand in hand with our artisan chocolatier our downright crazy little squares! This chewable chocolate specialist draws his know-how from a superb family adventure.
It all starts with cocoa beans: concerned about their traceability, we have chosen to work with beans from Ecuador and Peru. This cocoa with powerful aromas is reserved for the manufacture of grand cru chocolates! Like wine, their suitable terroir and climate allow cocoa to develop amazing flavors! All this while respecting sustainable agriculture.
The same goes for the ingredients we use in our recipes. All natural and handpicked thanks to very high quality sourcing, they participate in the creation of divinely delicious squares.
It is also the choice of these raw materials, the recipes and the artisanal process that have allowed our small squares of chocolate to be certified: “Pur Cacao Butter” and “Chocolat de France”. Hat !
