Cat Tassel Necklace

All of the necklaces are handmade using recycled plastic animal toys and painted and sealed with care in bright, fun non-toxic colors. Each 24" cat necklace is accented with a trendy bright tassel and a sweet heart charm on soft satin cording with a plastic CPSIA compliant, break-away closure.
