It all starts with cocoa beans: concerned about their traceability, we have chosen to work with beans from Ecuador and Peru. This cocoa with powerful aromas is reserved for the manufacture of grand cru chocolates! Like wine, their suitable terroir and climate allow cocoa to develop amazing flavors! All this while respecting sustainable agriculture.
