Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and the delivery option you choose.
When your order ships
- In-stock orders placed Tuesday through Saturday by 2pm Eastern typically ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm Eastern typically ship the next business day.
- Our shop is closed on Mondays, so orders placed after 2pm Eastern on Saturday, on Sunday or on Monday typically ship on Tuesday.
- During the holidays and other busy seasons, carriers can run slower than usual, so we recommend ordering early.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Pickup in Delray Beach
Local? Choose in-store pickup at checkout and collect your order at our shop at 157 NE 2nd Ave, Delray Beach, FL. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you when yours is waiting. Please bring your confirmation email. Prefer curbside? Call us at 561-455-2656 when you're out front and we'll run it out to you.
Shipping protection
We offer Route shipping protection at checkout, which covers packages that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit. If something goes wrong, file your claim directly with Route. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is out of our hands, so if you choose not to add Route, any claim needs to be filed with the carrier.
